Mr. Arunbhai M. Bambhania is the Managing Director of the company. After completion of bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, he is in this field for more than 18 years; He is looking after entire Management of Company, in addition to the execution. He is always reviewing the situation from management to field work & has been successful in making bridge between client & company with his co-operation. He has extremely good leadership quality, good imagination power, good analytical ability and open-minded.

Mr. Ashokbhai M. Bambhania is having 33 years’ experience in the construction field. He is the man with full of qualities. He is having the vast experience in management of machinery deployment for speedy execution of the projects & is director of co-ordination that co-ordinate with each person who is involved with the work. He is very skillful to execute work with quality and always with timely completion of the work.

Mr. Dineshbhai M. Bambhania is a key person of the company. Having more than 28 years experience in the construction field. He is a very hard working person. He has been problem-resolving person for the company and is always reviewing the work in view of work force and machinery. He is renowned for speedy execution of the project for the company.

Mr. Kiranbhai M. Bambhania is the Director of the company. He is handling the maintenance and operation of plant & machinery. He is having 18 years of experience in the construction field. He has been maintaining the plant and machinery division of the company in such a way that there is minimum chance of breakdown & all the problems are resolved in the best interest of projects under execution by the company. He co-ordinates with every engineer and technician who is involved with company machinery plants like Crusher plants, Asphalt batch mix plants, Drum mix plant, Concrete batch-mix plants, Sensor pavers, excavators, rollers, WMM Plants, Graders, Milling machine, Dumpers & also is making a bridge between Client & Company with his kind co–operation & relation.

Mr. Nishant R. Bambhania S/o Late Mr. Rameshbhai Bambhania have joined the company in year 2011. He is a key person of the company and responsible for all of construction activities, including all Civil Engineering works. He has been maintaining all the problems are resolved in the best interest of projects under execution by the company. His punctuality, time-bound discipline and sincere efforts ensure that all the projects are being completed within stipulated time period

Bambhaniya Paraskumar R. S/o Late Mr. Rameshbhai Bambhania have joined the company from year 2011. He is holding M.Tech (Infrastructure engineering & Management) & MBA (Finance) Degree. He possess strategic direction of businesses involved in Civil engineering i.e. Road, Bridge, Building etc. He takes a strategic role in helping to give shape and development of projects. He is having very good technical knowledge of project execution which requires significant planning and has a thorough and methodological approach with whilst seeking innovation and value engineering solutions. He is considered as a technical asset of our organization

After completion of Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) Mr. Ravibhai A. Bambhania S/o Mr. Ashokbhai Bambhania have joined the company in the year 2012. He is responsible for all Commercial and contractual activity of our construction business. He posses Business Development skills to procure New Engineering Projects, Joint Venture Associations and Financial skills for development and progression of the Company including with Corporate Administration, Corporate image and relationships, Event Management, Personnel/ Human Resource Development, Communication, Public Relations.

After completion of Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering Mr. Jigarbhai A. Bambhania S/o Mr. Ashokbhai Bambhania have joined the company in the year 2013. He looks after project implementation along with the quality of work. He posses skills for New Vendor Development for timely supply of quality material which ensures smooth execution of the project. His technical knowledge and engineering facets ensure that project executed by our organization is delivered with utmost good quality and safety.

After completion of Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering Mr. Rajbhai Bambhania S/o Late Mr. Rameshbhai Bambhania have joined the company in the year 2014, He has profound knowledge of estimation, planning and execution of projects. His planning skills and passion for project execution ensures that the projects are completed before time period. His technical skills and project management skills have always helped our organization to easily execute projects in toughest condition.

He is the Executive Director of company and his association with our company dates back to June 2008. Before joining our organization, Mr. Kaul worked on senior position in prestigious organizations such as NBCC and Adani group. Mr. Kaul commenced his career in NBCC (A govt. of India Enterprise) in the field of Civil Engineering. During his tenure in NBCC for 32 years, he has undertaken and completed various projects with supreme efficiency. Mr. Kaul superannuated in the year 2005 as Deputy General Manager (Engg). Post retirement, Mr. Kaul was appointed as General Manager(Projects) in Adani group Mundra and worked in the company from January 2007 to May 2008.
